Your SunCoast watch has a limited manufacturer defect
warranty for a period of one year after the
date of purchase.
Warranty terms and conditions:
Proof of purchase from authorized SunCoast
watch dealer is required for the watch to be repaired free of charge for a
manufacturing defect, within coverage period. If the watch can not be repaired
to normal condition, we will replace your SunCoast watch with the same or similar model in
the same or similar color.
SunCoast watch warranty DOES NOT COVER:
- Normal wear and tear or deterioration -
including watch band, links, clasp, or crown.
- Damage from abnormal/abusive use, lack of
care, negligence
- Damages caused by third party (e.g. battery replacement, repairs, link
removals, alterations or damage caused by the link tool being used
incorrectly)
- Breaking and scratching of crystal
- Damages to links caused by the removal of link(s)
- Accidents (knocks, dents, cracks, broken
links etc.)
- Incorrect use of the watch
- The life of the battery
- Loss or Theft

We
will try to repair your watch in 7-14 business days. However, if we need
special part(s) to complete repair of your watch, additional time may be
needed.
